Slow Foods

Our mission is to reconnect the East Lansing/Lansing community with the people, traditions, plants, animals, fertile soils and waters that produce our food. We seek to inspire a transformation in food policy, production practices and market forces in order to ensure equity, sustainability, and pleasure in the food we eat.

Student Greenhouse Project

The purpose of this association is to help students better understand and appreciate the relationship between sustainability and the business industry. In doing so, students within MSU’s Sustainable Business Association will be educated in the different areas of sustainability in the business world. In addition, students will be able to network with professionals in the sustainable business industry to build their professional relationships and expand their network.
